The air conditioning only in the bedroom made it tough to get a dark sleeping environment. No power outlets worked properly and the bathroom door just wouldn’t close!!! Plus, the parking management is a complete hassle!!!

Just a well-suited match for a cursory stop in Victoria with high value for money. The bed was super soft, making for a great sleep. Might want to request a room away from the bar if you prefer quiet.

We had an excellent time exploring all the nearby attractions. The location was unbeatable and so convenient for our family, especially with a grandchild along. The room was clean and had comfy beds, and we appreciated having a tea/coffee bar readily available.

My kids wished the parking process was simpler.

we had a great time at bedford regency! the location is unbeatable, right by the pedestrian zone with shops and sights at your doorstep. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we asked for an upgrade, which we really appreciated. the charm of the hotel and our spacious standard queen room made our stay even better.

The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to all the sites we wanted to see. The bed was crazy comfortable, and they even put our family in a room close by which was just what we needed!
